Didn’t realise that the seller doesn’t send the turf contacted him twice for a refund, and extremely rude as not replied, how can a seller take a customers money if they won’t post , not happy , passed it on to the bay to sort out for me, it was a genuine mistake for me to make and I realised after 5 minutes of purchasing, so I don’t understand why the seller couldn’t cancel , not a good way to do business with someone who has a disability and he could see I live in Lincolnshire
