This has arrived. more or less on time. The top is listed as 20, 22, 24 in size...........I understand that the seller thought that this was the size , It is however huge, at least a 28 if not even bigger. I have mentioned this to the seller who has said they do not do returns. Such a pity. I dislike having to leave neutral feedback but am upset that this is far from being the size expected. We, the buyers do expect that the description should fall within reasonable parameters .
