Item arrived with a chip which was not the result of transit although very poorly packaged for glass (a used envelope with no newspaper/padding whatsoever) and was omitted in description. Was offered small discount which I rejected and asked to post back for full refund. No response and ebay stepped in to award refund. Seller is uncommunicative and dishonest in description - trying to get away with selling imperfect goods - buy from other sellers please...

The item was posted as described without any damages. When the buyer reported that the item has a 'chip' on it, I advised that this must have happened during the trust. The item was posted in padded postage bag with warning that the item was fragile. I offered the buyer some refund but he refused. I then decided I will leave the matter to e bay. E bay looked into the matter the decided that it was not my fault and refunded the buyer. I have been member since 2005 and had never had negative
