Item arrived broken, as was packed without any padding inside the box and being ceramic was fragile, I told the seller about this, but they said it was tin, so couldn't be broken, the plastic bag outside the box was adequate protection, and I needed to talk to royal mail instead if I wanted a refund. I showed them pictures of the broken item and their own description stating it was ceramic, but they stopped replying until I got ebay involved, and then gave me a £5 refund on a £14 purchase
