I was very sympathetic to your circumstances, but communication was really poor and because you couldn’t commit to collection and kept changing the plans (one occasion just didn’t turn up as as planned) I felt it better we call it a day. I’m sorry you felt it necessary to leave such a comment when I go out of the way to make collection of items easy for buyers.
