In the item description it is said that the code will be delivered by both ebay message and royalmail. Thinking that i can receive the code once i paid, i made the bid. However, seller was persistent and attached that he would only send softcopy of the codes in message after i physical got the hardcopy from royalmail. I was not happy and disappointed with this arrangement and i miss the chance to use those voucher as the last item sold before i got the code...seller stick to his strange rules

Certain precautions must be taken when selling high value vouchers. Bombarding us with 13 messages demanding codes isn’t helpful especially after initially requesting more time to pay to which we said “sure”. Codes sent on day of payment by Special Delivery (guaranteed next day by 1pm) at our expense. Failed delivery attempt at 9:45am following day but buyer collected and signed for codes the next morning and codes also sent by ebay message. Availability of goods at CEX is beyond our control.
