The seller advertised next day delivery. It was sent Royal Mail 2nd class signed for and arrived 3 days later. The coat was advertised as NWT but when it came it smelt. I wouldn't expect any smell on a new item. When asked, the seller said she had sprayed it with perfume and that the coat was hardly worn. Also no labels saying Max Mara. The coat is over 5 years old. To me this is not new without tags.
