The fabric arrived ok but the colour was much darker than the photo and therefore was not suitable. I advised the seller and told her I was returning it by Registered Post. The parcel was signed and received. Communication has been zero since and I am still waiting for a refund of £40.

Unhappy buyers are never what a seller wants. I'm sorry to have a negative feedback - Let's look at what happened.This buyer did not use the ebay return system-though she was messaged to do so. She sent me off-system emails & texts & a photo of a return at a neighbours closed door.Not my signature, & no contact with this not great neighbour. I have no item & nothing in the ebay system for a return of this item. RETURNS: 1. Contact me 2. Use the ebay system with correct reason = easy resolution
