Returns & Replacements
Returns, Replacements,refund,policy
 
We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if they are returned and in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt (it must be within our possession within 7 days of receipt). Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. Please print a return form and fill it in according to the item(s) you are returning. If you have not enclosed a returns form then we will not be able to accept your return. If you are in need of a Returns form please click here. Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email stating the problem.
 
Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Goods must be returned by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not send the item by recorded delivery we cannot guarantee they will be received.
 
Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or issued with a credit note, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at ML Trading discression.
 
For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set.
 
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
 
Note that we only exchange sales/discounted items, we wont accept any return or refund for those items.
 
We regret we are unable to accept returns for bespoke or special order items (e.g. crystal shoes) and bespoke orders made to your specific requirements. If an item is faulty we will offer an exchange for the same item.
