Having been told all the brackets were included I was disappointed to find 3 were missing when I unwrapped it. After making an enquiry with the manufacturer they sent me the missing parts for free. Lucky me and seller. Because the seller did offer a partial refund (and I got the brackets) then as I will give positive feedback.
