The engine block I received was defective and not suitable for the intended job. The engine was not similar with the one on eBay pictures in that it has two defective area on oil galleries ( on the 4th cylinder were you put an oil squirter and were you put oil strainer). Also the block I received has two bolts that needs extraction but the one on eBay pictures does not have. The seller was contacted and sent photos but was not responsive on the way forward. This set back has derailed my plans.
