I have been helpful and polite throughout and do not appreciate your rude comments. I apologised for the wrong description (zip vs button) and immediately paid for your return postage. Having waited for 9 days (tracking clearly shows it HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED) I asked Ebay to step in to resolve this. If you have proof of delivery, I would love to see it as the only proof of delivery is the original package to your address, not mine. I'm afraid you are the one being very nasty which is sad.
