Item is faulty namely the safety catch is defective. Not damaged in transit. Tried to resolve with seller but non-willing. Discrepancy with the amount of postage I paid and what the seller actually paid. Returning item. Unfortunately a very Bad experience. (Genuine review).

Video evidence the shredder was in perfect condition. Post & PACKAGING price agreed at £11 before buyer purchased - I have screenshots showing this. Ebay refunded. This buyer sent abusive threatening messages saying he was reporting me to the police and DPD - I have screenshots showing this.
