The item, Mariner 5hp outboard, was exactly as described and Owen made it much easier to collect by arranging a pick-up an hour closer to our home. He is also a top communicator and replied quickly to every message. Highly recommended, top man!

Having agreed a price and collection of the item, days etc and reliably informed someone would be there, I traveled out of my way to collect the item, only to find no one there, I knocked, and had to drive back into the local co-op to use their internet to send a message, 6 hours later I got a reply, not good service, good job I had agreed cash on collection, ( lost me nearly 3 hours of time and £25 diesel)

Very misleading - you did not let me know that you would be collecting on that day and time. If you had, I would have made sure I was there.
