This is quite outrageous feedback. I posted Sofa with multiple photos AND described it as USED. - aka not pristine.You could have looked at & expanded photos for due diligence you clearly didn’t.You turned up for collection ON YOUR OWN to collect a very large Sofa! You had NOT as you claimed sent message asking for help loading it into your van. You were devoid of any sense in this matter yet I refunded your payment without quibble immediately. No one was rude to you, we were just astonished
