Not a great experience. I ordered the jacket on the 8th of December expecting it to arrive quickly as described as I was going skiing on the 24th of Dec. By the 20th of Dec I was panicking and contacted the seller, to find out it hadn’t yet been posted.
She apologised and sent recorded delivery which arrived on Saturday the 23rd. However the jacket was a little small. I usually wear 12/14 the jacket was described as 14 so I had to go and buy a brand new jacket with less than 24 hours to spare
