Bad packeting no bubble wrap on a PS4, just dumped in a box with games, also left a game in the machine , when tested the Machine the disc drive only worked 50% of the time , contacted seller who offered a £30 partial refund. But then did not give the refund, knowing that with Christmas so close I couldn't send it back . Bad seller beware of him
