Great communication, and although the postal time was appallingly slow, 6-1/2 days to travel 160 miles left me feeling a little disappointed to say the least, i would strongly recommend a different courier !!!. However,..on this occasion, i am prepared to give Thomas and Lucy the benefit of the doubt. I suppose mistakes do happen and i will call this a one off. Lets hope the next order arrives without any problems.
