Purchased on the Tuesday, wasn't sent until a week later, I understand personal issues came up over the weekend, but unsure if it was the weekend before or the weekend after? Either way this should of been sent at most on the Friday but wasn't, missed my nieces birthday, it also took me to message them to ask if it was sent, which prompted them to do it, just not a great experience overall.
