The item took over a week to arrive, but there were no real issues with delivery. I've only just opened the package and was a little confused that i had received the wrong item, but i contacted the seller who replied promptly and fully explained the reasons for packing glass items in another box, so they don't get damaged, and the item i ordered was inside the box. So alot of thought was given to ensure the item wouldn't get damaged and came in good condition.
