We accidentally ordered the wrong size, kindly asked to return the product. Upon acceptance we would of then purchased the right size from the seller. Return was point blank refused, not great customer service. Quite unhelpful. We are a fairly large motorhome dealership, so know the ropes and procedures with these kind of things happening and definitely would of dealt with this request a lot more professionally.

Hello, thanks for the feedback but above is not accurate. I only had the 2" valves available so they cannot be exchanged. I professionally dealt with your request to return by explaining the 2" valve size was in the title, in the photos, and in the description. The listing states clearly returns are not accepted. If there had been a defect/not as described, I would have accepted a return in accordance with eBay rules. I respectfully ask for you to revise your feedback to positive, as I gave you
